Hi Jewel,

Though I don't know much about SBI, I would say if you're going to make an investment in anything, it should be dreamweaver (and photoshop if possible).

Dreamweaver is most widely used in the industry and provides a lot of flexibility.

I'm assuming based on your post that you're new to website design and development...If I were you, I'd take some time to learn HTML/XHTML and CSS. If you do this, it doesn't matter what tools you use as you'll know how modify the HTML and CSS code these tools generate on the back end.

Hope this helps. In addition, there's a lot of support as far as user tutorials and such for dreamweaver. Not sure about SBI.
