I'm using FF with IE extension and I viewed your site in both FF, IE7 and IE6. Your menu list items pushes over in all three on hover. When I say push over, I mean that the list item I'm hovering pushes all other list items to the right over to the right. The second nav bar looks just fine in IE6&7 but not FF.
I don't understand why the inside scroll can't be helped.
I'm just trying to be helpful.
