I can't see an external RSS feed in his source code, contact creative commons, host, him. You will get an answer from CC telling you the best plan of action its a really good service, just make sure you specify proof that he has copied you.

I'm not sure you should of gone public on this as its your first post and when you get unique visitors they are going to see it and read a little and its going to be about copyright rather baby shower guide, I would deal with it un-officially if this guy is still posting your posts he is obviously there so hes just be awkward.
