The SBI 2.0 includes 'Content 2.0' which allows for user interaction, ratings, comments etc. A full on forum may need to wait until you've got enough traffic (there's a great post by Lisa on here about starting a forum.. somewhere!) but the idea of creating a content website with SBI is a sound one!
