Angry Speaking of plagiarism...

Today I learned that someone has stolen every one of my posts, and a few posts from other blogs to make their own website .

I read both Blogger's policy on plagiarism and "What to do if your content is copied" in the SBI! tips. I then visited Whois to get the site owner's email address, and sent him a very courteous message asking him to remove the posts ASAP or further action will be taken.

But then I was thinking...One of the posts that he used has a link to my SBI website, and he did not remove the link before posting it on his site. I'm thinking he didn't realize that my link was there because in all my other posts that include a link to my site, he deleted it. As a result of my link being in his site, he's given me an inbound to my site. If he doesn't respond to my email, should I just disregard his actions and go on with my business, or should I pursue this until I get results?

I used sitereportcard.com to check the stats on this site: It has not data in alexa, and basically does not exist (in terms of traffic) on Google, Yahoo or MSN.
