I had Trojan type files on my older computer when I scanned using avg. But it didn't tell me where the files were located it just said they were a threat, so I just continued on, but they were never brought up again after next scans. So maybe it deleted them, or maybe they were temporary files. Who knows. But I would recommend scanning again later to see if it brings them back up..
