I agree with foong. Why not build up the site? Is this a topic you are interested in or were you just trying to buy up domains? Not sure how easy it will be to sell it for decent money without any traffic.
It would really benefit you to learn the basics of website building. Without that you're at an extreme disadvantage out here. And I promise you it's not hard. Get a program like CoffeeCup or experiment with the free ones like Nvu. I taught myself by playing around and making as many mistakes as possible. LOL And as you've seen from my posts here I am far from a programmer.

I'd hold off on the forum though until you learn how to build a site and understand how to draw in traffic. Forums are dreadfully difficult to make popular when you haven't gotten the site and marketing part down.
