I use Brainstorm It! to assess different site concepts before purchasing. It's much more reassuring to have a basic outline of keywords BEFORE you buy your next subscription. The tools are there to use! The T&Cs just say you cannot "sell" the infomation - fair enough I say..
My advice - ONE WEBSITE AT A TIME. Building the site is the easy part, but developing it takes the time and patience. Link building (tedious!), traffic building, search engine credibility, list-building, contact building... you want to target your attention on one at a time and give yourself the best chance of earning some really serious money.
** An idea; when you get onto making your new website and choose not to use SBI - why not go nuts with the SBI 30-Day Free Trial. Pay - and then do all your keyword brainstorming for your next website, finalize it and prune it down, add some more keywords and then export the lot. Max out your credits and then cancel the membership. Some may say it's unethical but if your "in business" as it were, find the best tools and use them.
