Being a Canadian, I totally agree with TG. Although last Winter was not bad at all...this year however, Winter is supposed to be brutal if you believe the weather/climate professionals. In 1998 we had our own ice storm which left some areas of Montreal/Quebec without power for well over a month. I myself was without electricity for three weeks in the freezing cold...thankfully a week into it I was able to stay at a friend's house who for whatever reason, had power all the way through. Thinking on it later on, it was kind of fun, for me at least, but during the ordeal it was a pain in the a**. Beautiful pictures augenauf...
