You got it. The key is making sure your site is fully functional in dreamweaver FIRST. Make sure you have all the folders named properly (according to the Transition guideline). Make sure your links all work. You should be able to view your site on your local computer.
Then when that's all done, go back and read the section on "includes." You definitely don't want to have to update every single page if you want to update your navbar or header. That should be the last thing you do because you have to alter some of your code to make it work with SBI!.
But the real key is getting your site complete in dreamweaver first and having all your files pointing to the right places (style sheet, images, etc.) Do that and it will make the transition much smoother.
