Gotta agree with Sherif on this one. Just from a personal experience, I started off in affiliate marketing with my first site. It was so competitive I got out. I also promoted the IMC and other affiliate courses but got swallowed up in the competition. I then learned to create sites on less competitive niches.

Not to say you can't succeed but just understand what you're up against. I know the commissions for the IMC are nice but it is a very tough niche. And if you're a beginner with Internet marketing, it's a place many experts will tell you to steer away from.

As far as sub affiliates, don't be mislead. It's a fact that 98% of sub affiliates that sign up under you will never sell a thing. I always look at my 2nd tier as an added bonus but rely on my sales of the product. Most people don't get rich off their sub affiliates.

Prime example. I am an affiliate for SiteSell and I have over 1,000 sub affiliates where I earn a percentage of their sales, maybe 5 of them are active and the commissions I earn from them is hardly much. Don't get me wrong, some is better than nothing but I just see it as a bonus... not a big source of income.
