I don't have hosting yet, but do have a Free host...I will attempt to post it up today....Maybe I am confused with terminology. I think the container is what holds the whole page...What I am talking about I guess is the body, that area in between the left column and the right column where all the content goes...

My text is slammed up against the border on the left and right columns at both sides. I justified the text, but can't get any padding(?) between the text and the border at both the left and right sides...
