When creating a page in Kompozer it automatically names it page.html what you need to do is log into your webhost through your ftp. go into your public_html file and from there you should notice a file called index.html. Change this to a different name this way in case you need to reactivate it you have it there. Take your home page from Kompzer rename it to index.html and upload it along with your other files images and everything to your public_html directory. This should then show up on your home page for your url.
