Sorry to bug you guys about all of this... but are there any other external benefits with getting SBI?

One example, does SBI let you access the html codes used to build the websites that you have so that later you can actually build websites without SBI, on your own? Another question i had was if I had a website done through SBI, and 2 years passes by and i'm not satisfied, i understand that there are no contracts, but when i cancel, what happens with my website, content, domain name, etc. does it all just disappear and i have to do it all from scratch?

the reason i'm asking all of this is because i don't really want to be 'locked in' with a company that i'll be completely dependent on for $299 a year. especially if i'm making less than $299 through profit a year. any feedback would be great!
