I'm not sure about the chat room with audio but maybe some other members have some advice for you on that one.
If you are happy with your site and have a good grasp on marketing and getting traffic then you may not need SBI!. But I generally recommend it to beginners because it gives you a roadmap and they teach you how to brainstorm properly so you choose a topic that is in good demand but limited competition. Then they provide specific advice on how to generate traffic and market your site.
They also have built-in tools like a mailing list manger, spamchecker (for your mass emails), website builder, SE submissions and reports, and so much more. It's a suite of tools all in one.
