Hi Star,

A lot depends on how much competition is out there for that phrase. My first inclination would be not many people would be using that keyword phrase but you can use brainstorm it to see how often it is searched and check the supply.

------Time elapsed------

OK, I just did a search on Google for that phrase and there are only 149,000 total results. That is extremely LOW for that phrase so I would think mentioning the phrase once or twice in your content is enough to get you ranked well and you probably wouldn't even need it in your description.

I have a question for you. Is the main goal of your site to be found locally? Or are you just looking at any traffic from that keyword an added bonus. Because if you are really going after Pilates in Oviedo then it should be in your description as SBI! suggests.

However if this phrase is just an added bonus, one mention on your homepage would probably be enough since there doesn't appear to be much competition for this phrase.

Just remember, your body content is much more important than the description tag in terms of getting ranked for a particular phrase.
