Excellent point!
Very good point. No one can do everything well. Finding what you can do well and executing it profitably is very smart.
As someone who works with personal finance a little, I have long been aware of how every successful person does it a little differently, but each focuses on what they know. And because each has a different background each knows something different.
Some time ago I listened to several millionaires talking about what they were doing to make money. When one of them finished describing what they were investing in the time, another said, "That's terrific, but I would never invest in that. I wouldn't have a clue what I was doing." But the latter was doing just as well in another way.
The thing is that anything we do that is hugely successful requires lots of work and learning. If we have confidence in ourselves and work out our own plans over time it doesn't matter whether anyone else thinks what we are doing makes sense or not. We just need to make sure that we know what we are doing.
