No blog tool drives traffic automatically. You need to market it nonetheless. Go to
www.technorati.com and join their free service to start promoting your blog. Also give
www.blogrush.com a try. It's new and I'm not sure how well it's going to go but it's worth a look. There are tons of blog submission services for free out there you can use, just Google something like "Free blog submissions."
I get all my blog traffic from my site so I don't use a lot of the savvy tools many other people use here. Hopefully others have some more advice for ya.
