Just my two cents on the whole subject of plowing through tons of SBI info.
I have ADD and am easily overwhelmed by a lot of information. I do well to read and mark with lots of colors since I learn well kinesthetically.
I went to the library and printed out Days 1-5, bought a 2" 3-ring binder and tabs and inserted each day into a section. Then I sat down (and still do this) and read read read. I highlight with different colors hi-liter pens, write in the margins and make my own notes as I read and ideas pop into my head. This method works for me. I CANNOT just sit at my computer and read.
Sometimes when I know I'm going to be waiting somewhere, I will take out a day and bring it along to read. Even if I've read it already, it is amazing what I pick up the 2nd and 3rd reading.
I figure it is worth the cost of making my own binder since the $300 fee is very reasonable and I can write it all off as a tax deduction. I look at it as a $300 self-paced college course.
Another thing I do to help solidify the info is to watch the action after I read a section. (Side note...the female voice is great, the male sounds like a Swedish exchange student).
Hope that helps, Liz
