All will be done through database and scripts.
With that being said, this is good starting point. I want to learn more about SBI, and how they can help me. Let say if you want SBI to built your site? What is the process you go through when you approach them with an website. Do you have to have the website already running? How do they help. Sorry, i know my questions may not make sense but i just want to get an idea how they help you create a traffic rich site.

Hey Webdev,
Unfortunately you won't have php and mysql support yet, but SiteSell is rolling out Content 2.0 very soon and PHP will be supported. But I agree, it sounds to me like if you want to create a tutorial/information type site then SBI! is the way to go.
When you buy your website is not up and running. You are presented with a 10-day action guide (HTML or video version). You start by brainstorming and using the built in brainstorming tool provided that allows you to search on keyword demand and supply. It's a combination of Wordtracker and some other proprietary software exclusively used by SBI!.
Once you've determined the best domain for your site, SBI! registers it for you and then you proceed to use the tools to build your site. As you create each page there is an "Analyze It!" button. This tells you how to optimize this page for the keywords you are targeting. It will give you tips on adding more keywords and more importantly subtracting keywords if they feel you've added too many.
My SBI! site gets found for literally 10,000 different keywords each month. All because I optimize each new page with different keywords but all related to my main theme. (six pack, love handles, crunches etc.)
The compare chart is what sells a lot of people. I know it seems a little bit like hype but it is very true that you would have to pay a boat load of money to receive the tools SBI! provides for just one small fee per year.
There are also forums you'll have access to should you have questions. The forums are flooded with tons of successful SBI! owners who are eager to help newbies. The money that some people are making is amazing. My site pays for itself and then some but it doesn't hold a candle to what some of those folks are doing.
