If you don't want to code yourself you can get templates from
www.freecsstemplates.org and open them in Dreamweaver to make edits.
I don't design sites for other people. I only make money from the Adsense ads that are displayed on my website.
I'm a little confused about your friend's sites. Are you saying they are creating sites and then selling them? Is that what you want to do?
I also hope you want to hear from other members here as well. I'm not the only person making money online here so everyone else feel free to chime in too.
