For anyone trying to help, here is Robert's domain:

If you try to open one of the images following the html link, for example:
http://www.officeseatonline.com/Imag...2slicelogo.gif
You get nothing.
This clearly indicates that there is no picture by that name at that location. Completely aside from the page or template, if the folder existed as indicated and an image was at that location with that name it could be opened in a window by itself even if the web page with the link did not exist.
I would go to the site with a ftp program like FileZilla and look at the folder structure to determine the correct path and see if there is an images folder, where it is and what is in it.
