I tried TrafficSwarm for about two weeks before giving up in frustration. I was putting in 1000 times more effort than it was worth.
I now use
Adgridwork who are not a traffic exchange but an advertising exchange. You put other peoples ads on your page and your ads go out to others, very similar looking to Adsense. Adgridwork hasn't brought in a lot of visitors but they have been better targeted at least.
