Because so many recommended it I have just started using Dreamweaver and if you are a newbie like me I would highly recommend it. Never used Homesite but I'm happy with Dreamweaver. I'm just learning CSS and Dreamweaver is helping me get a grasp on that.

I'm using the MX version. Don't have CS3.
