I just looked up HomeSite and it is still around. As before, it only has the code interface no WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), like Dreamweaver.

Adobe owns both Dreamweaver and HomeSite since they bought Macromedia.

If you prefer to work with straight HTML code you may want to look into HomeSite as it is probably cheaper. If you want the WYSIWYG editor then you may want to go with Dreamweaver.
