I have repeating ads on the same page on different ad blocks. Usually the same ads will repeat on the 2nd 400 by 60 ad block that you see on the page with the ones on top of page in 336by280 ad block. Case in point http://www.php-learn-it.com/introduction_to_php.html

I'm trying to optimize the ads with high paying keywords on the subject i cover on the page. Is it simpling as easy as using the high paying words on that page? Does position and highlighting of the words matter? Is it even possible to control what ads show up?
