Oh I totally agree. The issue wasn't that I had trouble building my list... in fact i had thousands of emails on my list at one time but with my web hosting site, the issue I ran into was that there were so many different website needs and people were at so many different levels that it was difficult to target my newsletter. And I was too lazy to segment my list and take the time to perfect it.
