Hi SuperMom. Wow...this sounds like a great and ambitious project. The above list is good because yo can begin knocking each item off your list as you research it and write content regarding each topic of concern. I know there are a ton of sites that deal with WAHM (Work At Home Moms) so you may want to investigate those first. Not being a mom I am not sure if I am qualified to give advice on any of the issues you raise but overall I think it will be a great site when it is done. The one thing I can say is that you have chosen a topic that is dear to many hearts and there's a great support network out there and in here to help you on your way. Best of luck and take care.
