So you want to upload your music files so others can listen to them? You can pretty much use any standard web host. Go to
www.godaddy.com or any place.
As far as designing you will need to get some software. Go to
www.coffecup.com They have a very nice editor with professional templates that's pretty easy to use. You simply choose a design, edit the text and then save your pages to your host directly through the software.
