The light bulb just went off in my head about your two-tier question Siyab. AdSense has had the two tier payment system for quite some time and for some reason I was thinking that you were talking about a new two tier system in addition to the one they had.

But the problem is I don't see links to the AdSense referral buttons anymore now that they've launched this new product referral program. I sure hope they are taking that away. I think I'll send Google an email.
