Wow, that's a tough situation. My gut feeling would be to move. It's one thing to be down for 3 hours but 5 days is ridiculous. I think that cancellation policy is the worst I've ever heard ($20 per year for each domain???? What kind of mess is that?)

But if the $60 is going to hurt your wallet too much then I could understand why you want to stay. You'll have to decide if $60 is worth having the peace of mind to move to another host that is more reputable and has better support. I think it's worth it but that's just me.

Hostgator does have cpanel with Fantastico (Now I'm not sure about the "deluxe" part. Are there multiple versions of Fantastico?)
