Default Should work.

By Corel do you mean Paint Shop Pro? If so, when you create a jpeg it is a graphic straight and simple. PSP will save all the details only when you save as a PSPIMAGE (with a .pspimage extension) so neither FrontPage or any other web editing program would know anything about the font used in creating the jpeg.

The same should be true with any other program. Once you have a jpeg or gif or png for your web page it will only be an image of the whole thing, text and other art work.

In regard to other uses of fonts on your page you have identified an important point. Whenever you want to use a specific, unusual font, the only way you can know it will be seen is to put it on screen as an image. Even for regular fonts in the body, etc., it is good to list a choice of fonts in your code so you have some control. Otherwise you don't even know whether readers will get a serif font or not.
