I used to have one of these on a soap opera site I owned years ago. It was a huge hit! I think I got the script from The CGI Resource
http://cgi.resourceindex.com or a similar site that offers free downloads of scripts. I'm sure there are many more advanced scripts out there these days (probably written in PHP, etc.) So I would do a search for "ecard scripts". I did this back in 2000 and I'm not too sure many people use PERL/CGI much anymore.
Now, you won't be able to install this on your SBI! domain because they don't allow script installation. I'm assuming that's what you're talking about right or do you have another site? If you are talking about your SBI! site then your other option may be to do a remotely hosted option where all the functionality is hosted on the company providing the script. You don't have as much control with remotely hosted but it's still a good option if you can find a good script.
