The quality of the video on your site depends on the quality of the video when it was originally recorded. So if the video was recorded in low quality then there's nothing you can do to improve it.

Due to file size constraints videos get compressed quite a bit when they are uploaded to YouTube. And in some cases the compression happens twice... once by the creator in their video software and then again by YouTube when uploaded. One thing that does help is if you decrease the size of the video display. I think the default is something like 455 x 325. So try decreasing the size in the code. For example take 100 off each parameter so the video is 355 x 225 or something like that.

A lot of people ask me why my videos are so clear but they don't realize that I display them at a smaller size so they appear clearer.
