Hello jbzcc here are some site that may be of use to you. I am not affiliated with any of these site but I do find them very informative and think they may be very useful to you and others in the forum.
The first one is a site called ClickQuick.com. They review many affiliate programs and their information is very useful.
This link is to the Pay-per-Click area but there is very good information throughout the site.

Another one is AffiliateRanker.com. In order to join the affiliate programs this site reviews, you have to sign up and become a member. However if you just want to have a look at the affiliate programs including pay-per-click and pay-per-lead you can do so without signing up.

Another one is MommysHelperOnline.com. This is a site that lists and reviews, very well I might add, many affiliates to choose from.
