Wow, wow, wow, wow. What a cool looking site. I like how you chose 3-4 colors and stuck with that them throughout. And I like the effect you used on your top nav links. Is that CSS?
Hard to find anything to critique except maybe the search box. Just seems out of place and lonely way up there.
I think it would look better in the left nav. Also your font size on the site-design page seemed kinda small... especially since you have such large graphics everywhere else. I would bumb that up a size or 2.
