True. One of the things you need to determine is what keyword phrase people are using to find that page. Google Analytics gives much better info than SBI!. Even though SBI!'s stats give you the entry and exit pages you don't know which keywords they used. So that's when I turn to Google Analytics for more in depth keyword info.
When you learn what keywords people are using you may discover why they are exiting. Maybe your article isn't touching upon that phrase soon enough so they get impatient, things like that.
