I use AdBrite and I am seeing some results but most of my earnings come from the people who pay for placement on my site, not so much the CPC (cost per click) ads. How it works is that you set prices for flat-rate ad spots on your site and if no one buys a spot, AdBrite will serve up CPC ads (similar to AdSense ads) in the meantime. AdBrite really needs to work on their targeting though. I think once they improve that it will make the CPC program much more useful.
But again I mainly use AdBrite to manage advertisers who want to run flat rate ads on my site, not so much for the CPC. Most of my income comes from my flat rate ads.
I haven't tried any more of the others but I've read that the others don't even compare. A friend of mine got kicked out of AdSense for clicking her own ads (duh!) and she is using Kontera. Needless to say the income isn't even comparable to AdSense in her opinion.
