These ads are a different kind of "Adsense for Content". Instead of "Ad Unit" select "Link Unit"

Also, from what I remember, payout does not happen at first click... I think you get paid after the second click, i.e. if you click on the text links above, you will be directed to a page that includes ads, and if someone clicked on one of those ads, you would get paid. Hope this makes sense.
