Yep. I only recently updated it. Probably 2 months ago or so. They made it very easy but I will say having a background in HTML and some CSS does help. That's why I always suggest you start with the builder to get your feet wet.

SiteSell provides a Transition Guide that helps you switch things over. And if you follow that, have a basic understanding of how to use your software then you should be fine. You don't have to use Dreamweaver. You can use Komposer, Nvu (free) or something else.

But I would definitely recommend waiting until you are comfortable with CSS and HTML (and your software) before trying to make the transition. It could get overwhelming because there are some special steps you have to follow with SBI! (as opposed to a regular host). I'm glad I waited. I bought a book on Dreamweaver before starting the transition.
