The quest games were bar far my favourites. Sierra was the company that created those games (King's Quest, Space Quest, Police Quest, Liesure Suit Larry, and Quest for Glory) at the time. I play games from all the series.

I enjoy the Quest for Glory series the most as you develop a character in the first one and can then use that character in the next 4 titles.

The Space Quest and Leisure Suit Larry games contained the comedy, while the King's Quest contained the fantasy. The Police Quest came close at imitating real police life.

Games are definitely more violent nowadays. I enjoy playing the Elder Scrolls new games as they are completely open. You do whatever you want to do in those games.
