There is nothing wrong with choosing a broad topic
You site has definitely got potential.
Things to reconsider:
- What has space and space shuttle got to do with losing weight. Rather put health and fitness related images on site or people doing exercises etc.
- Create a proper banner.
- Content is one font size and too big. Play around with formatting
- Work on overall color scheme
