Besides, if you look at Lisa's productivity you know she works very hard at what she is doing. Probably much more than 9-5 although not those specific hours--from the time of day she posts here and there I wonder if she ever sleeps! "Nothing is what you get for free" and no matter how good you are if you neglect your work too much it will deteriorate, even on the web.

eh....I personally am a boring guy. When I have lots of free time, I'm always bored to death. It's just that seeing that all your sites are finished, I was just wondering what you do in these 12 hours.
And also, when I say about getting another job, I would think it benefits both financially and psychologically. It gives you pressure, which drives you forward, plus extra spending money.
