As James mentioned, I think there is probably quite a bit of information on nutrition, supplements, etc that can contribute to healthy nails.

Also, not sure if they exist or not, but are there common mistakes people do that hurt their nails in the long run?

Maybe you can also talk about subtle signs of unhealthy nails, that way people can maintain healthy nails.

Will you also address issues related to cuticles?

lol. I know exactly what you mean, James. In my second/third years of grad school, I was so overwhelmed by how much I did not know, even about my own research project. Now, in my fourth year, I have learned how to manage it
