Both sound like great options.... I don't know PhotoShop express, but in the full version once you've opened a file just choose 'save for web' from the File menu (I'm pretty sure it's the File menu - if not it'd be Edit.)

This will open a new area of Photoshop where you can simply type in the dimensions of the image you want to create - very easy.

If that feature isn't available in the version Lisa mentioned, it will be in PhotoShop CS3, which you can also download as a trial version from the Adobe.com site.

By the way - a slightly different point, and I may have misunderstood - but I noticed you mentioned in your first post that you were being charged by your 'webmaster' for site maintenance (including resizing images etc).

Wouldn't you prefer to try to maintain the site yourself (and save a bit of money too)? This is definitely a great place to ask for guidance on how!
