Adsense has link ads too. It doesn't have to be an affiliate link though.
There are other systems like
www.text-link-ads.com which pay for the link on a flat basis per month. However, with Google's latest stance on selling links, we cannot be sure if selling links may cause bans or loss in search engine ranking positions.
