I am back.

Apparently I can't upload the Word document to SBI, which is my server.

I can upload PDF or text.

So back to the Microsoft Add-on...does anybody have any experience with it? From the Microsoft description it appears that I can save the Word document to a pdf format and it is a free download for me since I own the Word software.
