Default Creating a downloadable file??

Thanks again everyone for putting up with all of my questions. I am really learning as I go and am getting a lot of help moving forward her.

I would like to create some camping packing checklists for my site in two forms....one right on the site, and then in a downloadable format for people to use when they are packing if they like.

Instead of writing pages tonight like I originally planned, I have spent hours now trying to figure out how to do this.

What I have come up with so far is this:

I found a Microsoft Add-on to download...Save as PDF or XPS.

So I am figuring that I download this Add-on, create the checklists in Word, and then save as PDF (I don't know anything about XPS), then upload to SBI.

Is this the best way to do this???

Thanks.
