Ok, I was going back and forth with this and since I want to create as much content as possible, I thought I would be actually limiting myself if I kept the name 'in-the-workplace-com' and since decisons, actions, etc. regarding our jobs, careers, can be done inside/out, wherever, I've decided to name my sbi site:

To me this can and will emcompass all areas of our professional lives, so there it is-
I'm happy with my decision. It's not like I can go back and change it now anyway
