The great thing about websites is almost everyone knows someone who wants one these days. While I think sites geared toward website creation do the best, you can still casually mention to your audience on your About Me page. Say you are giving a brief overview of how much fun you are having building your site and how Google just find you (re: your other thread you just posted). You could casually mention something like "If you want to start your own site go here!" or something like that.

I certainly wouldn't go slapping domain and hosting ads all over a camping site but there are casual ways to get your audience interested.
